I have an idea what has helped, BUT, y'know? It really does help to have a little external...aw! It really does help to have a little external validation on some of these things. <br /><br />Talking to someone and having someone say, "Yes, you are eating well, and No, you don't have an eating disorder", and "It's normal to worry, and those are all real worries. Let's see if we can diffuse some of them" really helps. It also gives you a chance to step back and see the situation through someone else's eyes.<br /><br />I'm sending calming vibes through the interwebs to you.
